The last and only haul of 2021, and it’s SUPER late!
Salutations friends! Its that time again where I’m super late at getting something posted because life decided to throw some curve balls at me. However, one of my favorite mottos is “Better late than never!” So I have a very late 2021 book haul for everyone. I’m really excited to share this haul with everyone and its been a while since I’ve shared a haul. So even those this is a small haul, I hope you all enjoy! A special thank you to my friends and family who got me all of these books! ♥
Ah, my heart is so full with this haul. Truly, I feel really blessed to have received these books for the holidays and I’m so grateful for everyone who sent me some books. I’m really excited to read them too. Some of these books I’ve been eyeballing for a while, but never had the chance to get them. I’m so excited! What kind of books did you get in 2021? Do you have any favorites you’re really excited about to read? Come chat with me in the comments below! Until next time friends; stay cozy, I love you! 💚
Salutations my friends! I have an October book haul to share with all of you. Surprisingly, October was a really good haul month (not so much a good reading month, but I digress)! I was so blessed to be able to obtain so many books this month from publishers and I was so lucky to be able to snag a few anticipated books. Some of these books do have reviews waiting to be written and I promise, as soon as I’m better from being sick, all the reviews I haven’t been able to sit down and pour my soul into will be written and scheduled. For now, I hope this little book haul will leave you wondering what my thoughts will be! 🧡
A pretty good haul month, if I do say so myself! So many amazing books I’m eager to read, fall in love with, and give my thoughts on. I’m excited just thinking about it. Did you haul any of these books this month or which of these sound really good? Please let me know in the comments below! Until next time, sending you lots of love and good thoughts! 🧡
Salutations friends! August has been quite the month and it’s finally coming to an end. I have been blessed with so many incredible arcs, ones that I never thought I would even get to read until the books were physically released. But I was also sent some really wonderful books as well. Of course I purchased a few more, too!
Okay, Chapterlings! Those are all the books I hauled during the month of August, I think! I was really blessed with some fantastic books this month and I can’t wait to see what September has in store. Did you get anything exciting this month? Let me know down in the comments below. Until next time, I hope you’re staying hydrated, I love you! 💛
Salutations Chapterlings! Hell has frozen over because I’m finally bringing a book haul after what seems like ages! Plus, the sunflowers are back to make posts a little bit brighter this summer. Now, these aren’t all the books. I’m still waiting on a few books to come in the mail. So I might loop those in with my July book haul (if I do a July book haul). However, I have received some amazing books and I have to shout-out a bunch of amazing people because some of these books wouldn’t have come into my possession without their help. So a huge thank you to Stephen Graham Jones, Taylor, Eliza, Michelle, Dani & Erin (who were champions for the all of us Indigenous book dragons), Isabella at thefeministbookworm, Donna from Momsbookcollection, and last but not least, my spouse! Make sure you go check all of these amazing people out. Without out them, some of these books wouldn’t have been possible and wouldn’t be on this list. I’m truly grateful and a feel very blessed to have met so many incredible people and have so many wonderful people in my corner who support me. So if they’re seeing this, thank you and I love you, so so much!
Now that I got emotional, I have to address something very serious before getting into the haul. It’s more of an announcement. Those who have been following me for a while probably know that my last book haul was from Book Outlet. I already made public statements on all my other social medias when everything had come to light, but this is me making an official announcement on my blog. I will no longer be doing any hauls from Book Outlet. I will not be supporting them any further. I have since unsubscribed from their mailing list and blocked their email. I refuse to support companies who choose to make statements and handle things the way they did. If you don’t know what happened, just go to Twitter and look everything up. I don’t want to allow anymore of them into my space than what I already have.
On that note, here is the haul. There’s a lot of amazing books by some amazing authors here and I hope that all of you take the time to look into the authors, pre-order some of these from your local bookstores, and just look into the books themselves. Anyway, I hope you enjoy!
Wow. Every time I look at these books I have received, I truly feel blessed and knowing that I have met some amazing people because of these books… absolutely priceless. I don’t think I say it enough, but I’m truly grateful for this community, for the connections I have made, and just… I truly feel blessed and I never thought all of this would happen. I know 2020 has been a wild year so far and I wanted to say for those of you who are still here, who enjoy my content, and allow me to be myself, I see you and I cherish you. I hope you enjoyed this book haul. I know it’s been a hot minuet since I did one, but I’m so glad that I was able to get this posted. How could I not post about this when so many individuals came together to make it possible. If any of these books caught your interest or if you want to hear my thoughts on any of these first, please let me know in the comments below. Until next time, stay safe, keep hydrated, I love you! 💛
Salutations friends! It feels like it has been a minute since I did a haul of this size. Normally, I try to avoid doing big hauls. However, this has been in the works for a hot minute and I blame all the sales BookOutlet has had over past couple of months. Nonetheless, I’m so excited to finally bring this haul to my blog and even more excited to show all of you! Mostly, I’m excited due to the fact that some of these are hopefully going to put towards some readathons that are coming up in the future. So this is a really exciting haul and I’m so happy to share this with all of you! Just don’t ask me what my plan is for organizing them!
Okay, readers! Those are all the books that I have hauled, in secret, for the past couple of months! I hope you enjoyed this haul, maybe you found some recent books to add to your TBR or you may want to haul. Feel free to tell me in the comments below what you love most about BookOutlet or one book you’re hoping to haul for the month of April. Until next time, I hope you’re staying snuggly, reading plenty of books, and of course, I love you! 💕
Salutations Chapterlings! I’m finally getting my March Book Haul up! Granted, there are a few pieces missing from this haul, but that’s okay! March was an intense month in so many ways and before this haul really starts, I see you and I love you. Things are challenging for so many of us and I hope you all are staying as safe and as healthy as you can! March was a whole lot of something and many of (including myself) are still trying to make sense of it all. So know that your feelings are valid, I see you and understand, and I love you.
March was a month full of surprises though! One of those surprises being that fact that I bought a bunch of e-books. I’m still shocked that I got so many because I not an e-book reader. The only time I read an e-book is for an e-arc I get approved for. Most surprising thing to happen in March and I’m really excited to read these e-books! So, I mentioned that there are a few pieces missing. This is due to them running late or showing up at the end of March and not having enough time to truly get them looped in with this haul. So keep your eyes peeled for my April book haul because there’s a chance those missing pieces will appear in April. On that note, I think I’ve held this up enough so let’s enjoy the haul!
Okay, friends! Those are all the books I acquired in March! I still can’t believe I got so many e-books! I never thought I would see the day where I really want to read e-books. I hope you all enjoyed this little haul. Please feel free to tell me in the comments below if you read any of these books or the books you hauled in the month of March. Until next time, stay safe, drink plenty of water, and as always, I love you! 💕
Salutation readers! Will there ever be a time where I post a book haul before that month ends? Probably not. Am I still going to keep posting hauls, though? Absolutely! Who doesn’t love a good book haul? I know book hauls are one of my favorite things to read about and watch. It helps get a better idea of what everyone is interested in or even books I’ve never heard about. However, I do apologize that this is coming so late. Actually, I was planning on posting this at the end of January. The only problem with my plans was never anticipating an upper respiratory infection. So the end of January was a bit of a wild time. There was a lot of coughing and a lot of sleeping. So much sleeping. But I’m here now! And before I jump into my January haul, I want to acknowledge that I am very privileged to be able to get Book of the Month because as of right now they only ship in the states. So I apologize to anyone who is international and has an interest in BOTM. Hopefully they will start shipping internationally soon or get an office set up internationally so they can ship to anyone who is international. With all that being said, onward to the haul of books!
Okay, Chapterlings! Those are all the books I acquired in January, at least the ones I remember. There’s a chance that I missed a few just due to the fact that I’m not fully recovered from the upper respiratory infection. But I hope you enjoyed this haul and found some books that caught your eye. Let me know in the comments some of the books you hauled for the month of January. Until next time, may your TBR cart be full, I love you! 💙
Salutations Chapterlings! It feels like it’s been a hot minute since I brought a book haul to you especially from BookOutlet! I believe the last BookOutlet I had for you was a Black Friday sale haul that came super late. However, this haul came even later because who doesn’t love throwing themselves down the rabbit hole of great BookOutlet sales when there’s a long processing time? Me, the answer is me. I ordered these books back in December and just got them around mid-January. I have been patiently waiting for my books to arrive and I’m happy to announce they’re here! It’s even more important because one of these books is a buddy read and a book I have been greatly anticipating especially since I read The Bone Houses and fell in love!
However, there are some really great books in this haul that I have heard many things of and have seen many readers rave about. Am I excited? Yes. Am I currently plotting all the ways I can work these books into my reading for 2020? Yes. More importantly, I just can’t contain my excitement because the synopses of these books sound like they’re right up my reading alley. Plus, one of these books has dragons and I’m all about dragons! Anyway, without any further delays, here is my Boxing Day BookOutlet haul! Enjoy!
Okay, friends! I hope you enjoyed seeing the books I snatched up during Boxing Day! I am so excited and currently researching all the readathons coming up this year to work these into my year of reading. I also hope you found some books that interested you too! But please feel free to share with me in the comments below any books you picked up on Boxing Day or tell me below if any of these books caught your attention! Until next time friends, may February bring you many great books, lots of reading, I love you! 💙
Salutations friends! We’re finally in the new year and I can finally show you all the wonderful book blessings I received during the holiday season! I know, I know… this post is a bit late, but I was waiting on one book to arrive book the mail system was backed up immensely. To be honest, I almost did make this post without that book, but it was a very special book sent by an amazing friend so I couldn’t bring myself to do it without it. Anyway, this list is going to be super short, sweet, and to the point. So I hope you all enjoy this December book haul!
Well, I did warn you it would be short! Okay, friends, that concludes this December book haul! I hope you all enjoyed seeing what I got this year during the holiday season. I’m very excited for all of these books especially Infinity Sonby Adam Silvera, highly anticipated release of 2020! But please feel free to tell me in the comments below if any of these books made you excited or even chat about the books you received during the holiday season. Until next time, I hope the first few days of the new year are kind to you, I love you! 💙
Salutations friends! Yes, I have a book haul and no this isn’t going onto my November or December book haul! This haul is getting it’s very own post because this order did come at a very strange time and I personally don’t feel it needs to be looped in with either. So if you weren’t aware, BookOutlet had a Black Friday sale and I told myself I wasn’t going to cave into the Black Friday madness and buy books only holiday gifts. This is the part where I blame all my friends and Bookstgram because the amount of spam for this happening was relentless. I’m talking emails, Bookstgram stories, private messages, group chats, I wasn’t safe even if I tried to be. I caved…I caved so hard. Now originally I had more books than this and despite it all, I managed to narrow it down to a small handful of books, but it was a struggle. And I did manage to find some holiday presents on there, but majority of this order… yeah, I’m guilty as charged. Anyway, this isn’t a super big haul, but I wanted to make sure that I shared it with you all. Without any further delay, here’s the order that caught me by surprise!
Okay, readers! I hope you all enjoyed this quick haul! I know it wasn’t super big, but I truly hope you enjoyed it as much as I had fun putting this together. Please feel free to let me know in the comments below what books you snagged on Black Friday or your thoughts on any of these titles. Until next time, I hope the end of the year is kind to you and you can fit those last minute reads in, I love you! 💙
